Mastering the "Networking" Skills

Silia Christofilopoulou, Aliki Tsakmaka

Networking has always been an effective method for developing career opportunities, contacts and can be applicable to everyday life situations.
However, many people are hesitant about attending networking events, feeling uncomfortable and having questions with this type of exposure.
The good news is that being a good “Networker” is not a charisma that you are born with but rather a skill that can help you learn useful tips, get advice and experience.
In this interactive workshop this is what we are going to learn through role playing, representations and simulations of real life contexts and scenarios.

However, It can be difficult for students to stand out at Fairs; there are so many people there and it can seem overwhelming. Being prepared is the best way to make a good impression and get noticed!
