YOU ARE INVITED for a PRESENTATION, 21 NOVEMBER, Monday, 14:00 at INTERNATIONAL HELLENIC UNIVERSITY
 
We would like to inform you about an innovative international experiential Management & Entrepreneurship program that takes place in Greece for a 4th consecutive year BUSINESS TALENTS 2017 - Student Competition in Business Simulator!
Registration starts on  December, and participation is free. You and your team (consisting of 3 to 4 students) can register online (online registration runs for 4 months) at the link: http://www.businesstalents.com/  & or directly in the Final.
 
You will manage your own virtual company, in an experiential learning fashion that fosters entrepreneurship, develops skills, builds practical knowledge and prepares for the future.
 
Awards: 10,000 Euros, Certificate of attendance, Scholarships, job opportunities.

Description:
After last year's success with 2,220 entries, 654 teams, participations from all Greek (21) Universities and (16) Technological Education Institutes of the country, this year The Business Talent program is open to all students aged 17-27 regardless of specialization (ie. not only economy or business administration students).  The program, as mentioned above, aims at improving 'employability skills' necessary for all young people for their future.
 
The participants will draw up business plans, take decisions (in Marketing, Production, Finance, Human Resources) in a competitive environment (with 4 othercompanies). They will be asked to design a business strategy, react to competitors and develop skills in a fun way, taking part in the largest European business game. 
 
What you are going to gain:

  • Internship in a realistic and enjoyable way
  • Add-on in your CV
  • Better application and understanding of theory and practice
  • Academic and vocational guidance
  • Development of basic skills: team-working, critical thinking, communication, decision making, problem solving, risk taking, innovation
  • Transmission of fundamental values: effort, perseverance, responsibility, ethics, fair play
  • Motivation on active participation, development of leadership skills
  • Developing entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
